On this tour, enjoy a knife‑sharpening demonstration by a long‑established craftsman and try shaving katsuobushi yourself, along with a shrine visit and a guided stroll through Nihonbashi. Explore a neighborhood alive with history and culture, and experience the “real” Japan with your guide.
